Website Returns: At Enchanted Boutique we take every measure to assure complete quality. We carefully inspect and personally prepare each order for shipping. In the event that an item needs to be returned, please email us within 3 days of receiving the item with the word Return in the subject line & your order number. For an item to be eligible for return please note the following: merchandise must be in new/perfect condition, not worn, tags still attached, and in the original package. Accessories, jewelry, sale items and all non clothing merchandise is final sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and retaining proof of postage as we are not able to refund/exchange items not received. Website orders may be returned to the store with prior email approval. Email for returns request “at the store” must be received within 3 days of receiving the item.
